For your convenience, Four Corners Orthodontics offers a variety of flexible payment plans with low monthly payments. Payments are due each month, regardless of when appointments are scheduled. Check with our office staff if you have any questions or would like to obtain more specific information.

We strive to provide excellent orthodontic care that is affordable. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We offer financing options up to 26 months of payments with our office, Four Corners Orthodontics, at 0% interest.

We also offer 2-4 year payment plans through Capital One for our patients who would prefer to make lower monthly payments over a longer period of time. If you would like more information regarding your payment options, please speak with a member of our team.

Online Payments

Our office offers a secure, online account management service called 4YOURSERVICE.com where our patients have round the clock access to their appointment history, current financial information, past online payments and so forth. This is a safe and convenient way to make payments.

Automatic Bank Draft Payments

Set up your monthly payment to be automatically drawn on an agreed upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check or deposit slip at your first appointment to get started.

Automatic Credit Card or Debit Card Payments

Monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Please provide us with your credit card or debit card information at your first orthodontist appointment.

Cash Discount Option

A full payment prior to the initial banding appointment (when you put your or your child gets braces put on) will result in a 7% discount on the full orthodontic treatment financial contract.

Insurance

We accept and file most insurances as well as non-exempt Medicaid.
